My husband and I did a lot or reef walking on Lady Elliot Island. Here I am holding three different species of seastars. Most seastars have five arms and five body segments. They are amazing because they are able to grow new body parts when a part is injured.

This seastar is one of my favorites called Linckia and is such a beautiful color! They move so slowly that it is hard to see them move at all.
