Text Box: Michelle Sprada, Founder of Future in Our Hands (Coxe Hall)

		For the past 8 years Michelle has been doing volunteer work in Kenya and Tanzania with a local chapter 		of Future In Our Hands (FIOH). This is an international organization which began in Norway.  Along with 		her aunt, Michelle founded the first FIOH chapter in the US 3 years ago. ( The 501-c3 name is FIOH-			USA )  The main purpose of this organization is to raise funds to support the programs which are run by 			Future In Our Hands in East Africa.  
		The Programs include:
 		* Sponsoring students in high school and college by paying their school fees (about 30 students are 			currently being sponsored) 
		* Building wells for safe clean, drinking water (we have built 13 wells so far) 
		* Providing transportation for people with HIV/AIDS to get their antiretroviral drugs 
		* Providing micro-loans for 12 women’s groups to assist in income generating activities. 
		* Providing children’s books for local schools that lack reading materials.
