Cristina Page,

author of How the Pro-Choice Movement Saved America is coming to william smith and hobart colleges as part of the celebrating the sunlight conference.

 

 

She will give a reading from her book and answer questions on friday, march 23rd at 3pm in the geneva room.

 

 

this event is free and open to everyone.

Text Box: Cristina Page is a prominent reproductive rights activist and consultant to several national pro-choice groups. Her policy proposals have been adopted by Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the NJ state legislature. She has worked in the editorial departments of Glamour and Ms. Magazine, as an assistant to Gloria Steinem, and launched one of the first women's websites. Her previous book was The Smart Girl's Guide to College and her articles have appeared in the New York Times, The Guardian UK, Nerve, Tom Paine and the Chicago Sun Times. She lives with her husband and three year old son in 
New York City.
